We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Return Requirements

• Item must be unworn and unused
• All original packaging must be included
• Tags must still be attached
• Item must be in its original condition without damage
• A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

1. Contact us at giltyboyco@gmail.com to request a return authorization
2. Package your item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item to the provided return address
4. Include your order number and return authorization in the package

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

• Items marked as final sale
• Items damaged through customer misuse
